I have just received word from NCMEC that Brennin and Britt Byrd, Aaron and Elijah Glazner, Jaquelina Gomez, Luis Munguia-Zendejas, Ruby Sayre, and Alejandra Valencia and Julio Valencia-Chavez have all been found safe. I have also been tragically informed by blog commenters that Kiara Ved has been found deceased in India. I have resolved all their cases, modified the anniversary posts so there are no dead links, and if I find any more articles will add them here. Kiara Ved has also been listed as one of my many victims of family abduction. The new cases on the site are those of Mariana Almedia De La Torre, Adam and Talia Awada, Brandon and Kevin Carrillo Martinez, Isabelle Dandridge, Nikhita Jagtiani, Vincent Moore, Takaya Teton, and Andrew and Austen Ugweches. Also, Patricia Salamandyk has been added to California Kids pages.
Today is the fifth anniversary of the disappearance of Kiara Dharmesh Ved. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Sejal Dharmesh Ved, from Leawood, Kansas. They are believed to be in India.
Above is a picture of Kiara. Help bring her home to her father – if you have any information as to her whereabouts, please contact either the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST or the Leawood Police Department at 913-642-5555.
I wrote about Bella Bond, the child formerly known as “Baby Doe.”
I have just received word from NCMEC that Heidi Barragan, Na’zia Jackson, Julieta Valladares, and Lazareyah and Lorenzo Washington have all been found safe. I have also received word from the news that Martha Morrison has been identifed as a deceased individual found in Washington shortly after she went missing. Obviously this is not the outcome her family hoped for, but they will at least have closure. I have resolved their cases, modified the anniversary posts so there are no dead links, and if I find more articles will post them here. The new cases on the site are those of Adan Espinoza, Daniel Markus, Colby Rees, Ellix Williams, and Kamille Williams. Arthur Noske has been added as a California Kids case.
I’ve held off on posting this even though I’ve known about it for almost a week. Amber Lucius was abducted by her mother, and three days later she was found dead. She’d been murdered, and her mother is awaiting trial. I think I needed to emotionally process it first.
Today is the fortieth anniversary of the disappearance of Martha Marie Morrison. She was last seen in Austin, Oregon.
Above is a picture of Martha. If you can, please go to the link above and print out her poster. If you have any information as to her whereabouts please contact the Eugene Police Department at 541-682-5111.
I just got news that Nathan Slinkard has been found and reunited with his father. The Slinkard case is one of the family abductions I’ve followed the longest, and this is wonderful news.
Not so much for Cory Cole, however, another victim of family abduction. His father abducted him, turned up a few days later without him, and he’s since been found deceased. I’ve sat on that for a few days, as it depressed me a great deal. If I hadn’t gotten the news about Nathan it would have been sat on even longer.
I am waiting for news of the other Slinkard children before resolving their case.
I have just received word from NCMEC that Erick, Jonnathan, and Joshua Nassar have been found safe. I have also seen articles that state both Pamela Jackson and Cheryl Miller and Jimmy Williams, Leah Johnson, and Thomas Rios have been found in bodies of water in the vehicles they were last seen in. I have resolved their cases. The new cases on the site are those of Edhem, Jannah, and Jehad Abuhamda, Lara Cebeli, Leonardo Galindo and Ixelt Gomez, Anita Drake, Richard, Thomas and Norma Houghland, and Edna Masters.
