Atomu Imoto Morehouse

Last seen in Bellevue, Washington on June 27, 2010

Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/white) male. Born on November 11, 2003. Black hair, brown eyes. His nickname is "Mochi" and he may use the last name "Imoto." He speaks English and Japanese. He was born in New York. Was seven at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Michiyo Imoto Morehouse. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She had divorced his father, Jeffery Morehouse, in 2007, and he had been given custody due to concerns about her alcohol usage and past violence. A restraining order was in place to prevent her from leaving the country, but she obtained a passport for her son through the Japanese embassy and fled. A federal warrant for international parental kidnapping was issued for her on September 23, 2014. They are believed to be in Japan. Japan recognized the US ruling in 2014 but their whereabouts in the country remain unknown.

Vital statistics: Asian (Japanese) female. Born on September 26, 1968. Brown hair, brown eyes. She may use the first names "Chi" or "Michiru" and/or the last name "Imoto." Was forty-two at the time.
