Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on November 20, 2006. Light brown hair, brown eyes. His nickname is "Jessie." Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Claudio O. Dominguez. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for him on August 7, 2008. They may still be in the local area or may have traveled to Mexico. They may be traveling in a green Ford F150 pickup truck with Texas license plates numbered 73ZCM4.
