Rodrigo Rios missing seventeen years

Today is the seventeenth anniversary of the disappearance of Rodrigo Rios. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Gricelda Lopez, from Carpinteria, California. They may be in the company of her boyfriend, Fernando Perez, who is wanted on unrelated charges. They may have left the state.
