Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Natalia Belavus. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A court order prevented her from leaving the country because of concerns from his father, Paolo Marcella, she would abduct her child, but a travel ban was not issued until after she fled. They may have traveled to Belarus.
