He violently removed her from her mother's home while her sister was taking care of her, beating her grandmother and using tear gas on her to disable her. At the time he was in the company of an unknown adult male. They may be in the area of Toluca, Estado de Mexico, with family, or in the south of Mexico. They may be traveling in a Volkswagen Jetta with DF license plates 340KRD.
