Vital statistics: Alejandra is a hispanic female. She was born on October 6, 1996. Light brown hair, black eyes. She has a scar on the right side of her mouth and a small mole on her right temple. Her nicknames are "Alex" and "Ali." Last seen wearing a red and black blouse, a red and black skirt and white sneakers. Was nine at the time. Monserrat is a hispanic female. She was born on November 23, 2001. Light brown hair, black eyes. She has a birthmark on her abdomen near her navel, and a scar on her right foot. Her nickname is "Monse." Last seen wearing a red and black blouse, a red and black skirt and white shoes. Was three at the time. Wesley is a hispanic male. He was born on May 11, 1998. Light brown hair, black eyes. He has moles on his upper back and the back of his neck. His nickname is "Wili." Last seen wearing a yellow shirt, blue pants and brown hiking boots. Was six at the time. They may use the last name "Rivera." Alejandra was born in Mexico, but Monserrat and Wesley were born in California; they speak only Spanish.

Circumstances: They are being concealed by their non-custodial father, Alejandro Rivera Avina. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on August 19, 2005. They are believed to be in Mexico. They may be traveling in a black two door Nissan sedan with California plates.
