Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on April 18, 2016. Light brown hair, light brown eyes. She speaks Spanish. Some agencies give her last name as "Rodriguez Barahona." Was five at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, William Adalberto Rodriguez-Mejia. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. He told her mother, Norma Barahona, that he wanted to bring her to see relatives in El Salvador and did not return on the above date. They are still believed to be in El Salvador. Her mother has applied for her return under the Hague Treaty.
