Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Kevin Eduardo Blanco Uribe. Photos of him are not available, but he is a white male who was born on April 14, 1980; he was forty-three at the time. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He told his son's mother, Stephanie Kisselbach, that they were going to Colombia for a four day trip. Instead they traveled to Venezuela, where Blanco Uribe filed for custody. He was ordered to return his son under the Hague Treaty, but they fled the country instead. They may have traveled to South Africa. Some agencies say he disappeared from Coral Gables, Florida.
