Circumstances: He is being concealed by his non-custodial mother, Yessica Robles-Salmeron. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on November 2, 2021. Some agencies give the date of his disappearance as February 4, 2022.
