Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on May 25, 2019. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was four at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Tiffany Avila-Toler. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. At the time his father, Ronald Avila, had been awarded custody of his son but they were not at the apartment complex where they were last recorded as living. They may have traveled to South Africa; they are known to have received passports and left the country. Some agencies give the date of his disappearance as February 27, 2023.
