Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They are believed to be in Mexico. They may be traveling in a 2016 aluminium/silver Toyota Camry with Texas license plates GZV7148. Their father has applied for their return under the Hague Treaty. Some agencies give the place of their disappearance as Laredo, Texas and the date of their disappearance as August 19, 2020.
