Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on August 6, 2000. Light brown hair, green eyes. He has a quarter size brown birthmark on the left side of his stomach and a small brown birthmark on one of his legs. His nickname is "Angel" and he may use the last name "Najera." Was four at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Fedra Adelaida Najera. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They may be in the company of another young child. They may still be in the local area, or may be in Mexico. They may be traveling in a blue 2000 GMC Sierra with Texas license plates AM2 6474.

Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on December 10, 1974. Black hair, black eyes. She has a black ink tattoo of a strawberry on her ankle. She may use the alias names "Frida" or "Angela." Was thirty at the time.
