{"id":12423,"date":"2014-02-04T23:22:16","date_gmt":"2014-02-05T04:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/forthelost.wordpress.com\/?p=12423"},"modified":"2023-01-27T17:15:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T21:15:21","slug":"two-located-children-one-happy-and-one-not","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forthelost.org\/blog\/2014\/02\/04\/two-located-children-one-happy-and-one-not\/","title":{"rendered":"Two located children, one happy and one not"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I just got news that <a href=\"http:\/\/forthelost.wordpress.com\/2013\/10\/17\/andrew-nathan-and-sydney-slinkard-missing-eighteen-years\/\">Nathan Slinkard<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wthr.com\/story\/24632221\/2014\/02\/04\/missing-greenfield-man-turns-up-in-mexico\">has been found and reunited with his father.<\/a> The Slinkard case is one of the family abductions I&#8217;ve followed the longest, and this is wonderful news.<\/p>\n<p>Not so much for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wset.com\/story\/24604335\/update-infant-babys-body-positively-identified-as-cory-samuel-cole\">Cory Cole<\/a>, however, another victim of family abduction. His father abducted him, turned up a few days later without him, and he&#8217;s since been found deceased. I&#8217;ve sat on that for a few days, as it depressed me a great deal.
