Jahi Marques Turner
Last seen in San Diego, California on April 25, 2002
Vital statistics: Black male. Born on February 10, 2000. Black hair; brown eyes. He is ambidextrous, has a light complexion and suffers from eczema in the creases of his body. Last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue shirt imprinted with images of Winnie The Pooh and Tigger, blue nylon cargo pants with an orange drawstring and gray Air Jordan shoes. Was two when last seen.
Circumstances: He was last seen in Balboa Park in the Golden Hill area near 28th Street and Cedar Street. His stepfather, Tieray Dewayne Jones, said that he left him near the sandbox while he purchased a soda from a nearby vending machine. Tieray stated that a woman and two children were near the area at the time. When he got back, Jahi had vanished. The woman has been identified; she provided unspecified information relating to Turner's case. Some believe that Jahi was murdered by his stepfather or otherwise accidentally killed due to diary entries Tieray had written at the time. No evidence has been unearthed that Jahi met with foul play, however. His stepfather is currently imprisoned on an unrelated drug charge. Classified as a Non-Family Abduction.
Reason for inclusion: Jahi's case was closed in January 2004 for unknown reasons. He remains missing. It was opened again several years later, but he remains here as our inspiration.

Nicole Lynn Bryner
Last seen in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on March 11, 1982
Vital statistics: White female. Born on February 20, 1979. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was three at the time.
Circumstances: Her mother told police her daughter was abducted March 9, 1982 at a Giant Eagle in the South Side. She supposedly had turned to talk to someone and when she looked back Nicole was missing. Four years later, the mother's then-boyfriend confessed he had punched Bryner and accidentally killed her. Police never found the body he allegedly buried in a wooded area along Timberland Road in Brookline. Classified as a Non-Family Abduction.
Reason for inclusion: Bryner's case was closed in 2008.

Issac Burgos Martinez
Last seen in Los Angeles, California on October 23, 1991
Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on February 5, 1977. Black hair, brown eyes. He has scars on his left leg, right arm and on his forehead. He speaks Spanish. Last seen wearing a brown shirt and blue pants at the time. Was fourteen at the time.
Circumstances: He was last seen at approximately 1:30 PM leaving his family's residence to sell corn at a street market near Harrison Street School at the time. He never arrived at the market and has not
been seen again. Classified as Endangered Missing.
Reason for inclusion: Los Angeles authorities closed the case when Martinez turned 18. NCMEC located an individual they believe may be him, but cannot check because the case has been closed.

Alexia Anne Reale
Last seen in Elk Grove, California on June 1, 1997
Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/white) female. Born on September 23, 1991. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was five at the time.
Circumstances: She was last seen in the summer of 1997. She lived with her mother and stepfather, Barbara and Larry Carrasco, and her older sister. In February of 1997 Larry stopped working and both he Barbara began speaking about demons possessing the two girls. They had begun to use methamphetamine at the same time. In late May of 1997, Reale and her sister were forced to drink beverages laced with bleach to remove the supposed demons. Reale is alleged to have died during this period of time. Her sister later said Reale was living with her father, but later confessed that she has seen Reale dead and her mother and stepfather had dismembered her body in a closet, burned it in the family furnace, and tossed the tools and the remains in the Sacramento River. Larry and Barbara were convicted of Reale's murder and additional child abuse charges in 2000. Larry is currently serving a 40-year-to-life prison sentence, while Barbara is serving 15 years to life. Reale's remains have never been located. Classified as a Non-Family Abduction.

Circumstances: He was last seen in Springfield at the above date. Other information is not available. Classified as Endangered Missing.
Reason for inclusion: Operation Lookout lists his case as closed. He remains missing.

Deborah Lyyn Sanders
Last seen in Chicago, Illinois, on September 24, 1984
Vital statistics: Black female. Born on October 15, 1982. Black hair, brown eyes. She has a scar on her right ear. Was one at the time.
Circumstances: She was initially abducted by her non-custodial father, Odell Shephard. He was discovered without her and served ten years in jail for contempt of court for refusing to reveal her whereabouts. Some suspect foul play, others think she is being concealed by relatives. Classified as Endangered Missing.
Reason for inclusion: Sanders' case was closed when her mother died.
