Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial parents, Teresa Garcia and Efrain Otoneil Zamora. A photo and vital statistics for Zamora are posted below. Photos of Garcia are not available; she is a hispanic female who was born on September 22, 1977; she was thirty-two at the time. She has brown hair and brown eyes. A felony warrant was issued for Garcia on August 9, 2010, and a felony warrant was issued for Zamora on November 13, 2013.
