Vital statistics: Asian male. Born on May 8, 1999. Black hair, black eyes. His nickname is "Bill." Was five at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They may be in China. They may be traveling in a white Honda Accord with Texas license plates.
