Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/white) male. Born on Auugst 5, 2006. Red hair, hazel eyes. He has a birthmark on lower back. He may go by his middle name, "Kosaku" or may use the alias name "Issa Mori." His head is slightly larger than normal for his age and he has a speech delay. He is a dual citizen of Japan and the United States and speaks Japanese. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Kyoko Mori. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They may have traveled to Yokohama, Japan.
