Vital statistics: Dalal is a hispanic female. She was born on March 10, 1988. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has a chicken pox scar on her right eyebrow. Was four at the time. Lamia is a hispanic female. She was born on November 1, 1990. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was one at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-862898841 (Dalal) and M-875330383 (Lamia)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Mohamed Attiya Saud Waked. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for custody interference was issued for him on September 6, 1995. They may have left the country and traveled to Syria.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on January 10, 1958. Brown hair, brown eyes. He wears eyeglasses and may use the alias first name "Michael." Was thirty-four at the time.
