Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on December 18, 1995. Black hair, brown eyes. She has pierced ears and a gap between her front teeth. She may have a vertical scar on her nose and a dark spot, similar in appearance to a bruise, on the top of her wrist. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Raul Rodriguez Lopez. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony arrest warrant is on file for him. They may be in California, or may have left the country and traveled to Mexico. Victoria's mother, Jetta Lopez, has since remarried and she has a younger half sister, and two younger half brothers, and a stepfather, who she has never met.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) male. Born on June 27, 1968. Black hair, black eyes. He may reverse his middle and last names, as in "Raul Lopez Rodriguez." He has scars on his left forearm, along the left side of his jaw line, and on his forehead. He is sociable and may be found in bars, restaurants, and billiard halls. Was twenty-nine at the time.
