Victoria Solenne Innes
Last seen in Fort Lee, New Jersey on January 12, 2005
Vital statistics: White female. Born on April 17, 2000. Brown hair, hazel eyes. She may use the last name "Innes-Carrascosa." Was four at the time.
Circumstances: She was initially abducted by her non-custodial mother, Maria Jose Carrascosa. A photo of her is posted below. She is a citizen of Spain and took Innes there in violation of the terms of her parents' divorce, which prohibited her from being taken out of the country. Carrascosa was later located and arrested without her daughter. She was imprisoned in the Bergen County Jail, and was to remain there until she drops custody litigation in Spain, subjects to a psychiatric evaluation, and returned Innes to the United States. She was released from prison in 2015 and returned to Spain. Innes is still believed to be in Valencia, Spain, living with her maternal grandparents. Her father has petitioned for her return to the United States by the Spanish government, but they have not intervened and have stated Victoria cannot leave the country until she is 18.
