Victoria Solenne Innes

Last seen in Fort Lee, New Jersey on January 12, 2005

Vital statistics: White female.Born on April 17, 2000. Brown hair, hazel eyes. She may use the last name "Innes-Carrascosa." Was four at the time.

NCIC number: M-817263167

Circumstances: She was initially abducted by her non-custodial mother, Maria Jose Carrascosa. A photo of her is posted below. She is a citizen of Spain and took Innes there in violation of the terms of her parents' divorce, which prohibited her from being taken out of the country. Carrascosa was later located and arrested without Innes, and is currently imprisoned in the Bergen County Jail. She is to remain there until she drops custody litigation in Spain, subjects to a psychiatric evaluation, and returns Innes to the United States. Innes is still believed to be in Valencia, Spain, living with her maternal grandparents. Her father has petitioned for her return to the United States by the Spanish government, but they have not intervened.
