Vital statistics: Black male. Born on August 30, 1998. Black hair, brown eyes. He has clubfoot deformity of both feet (walks on the sides of his feet) and is in need of medical attention. He may use the alias last names "Mathura," "Mathura Wright" and/or "Matura Wright." Was ten months at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Beverly C. Mathura. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on October 12, 1999. They are believed to have left the country and may be in Trinidad or the Virgin Islands.
