Tiffany Susan Westford

Last seen in Amityville, New York on November 13, 1993

Vital statistics: Black female. Born on March 16, 1991. Black hair, dark brown eyes. She has a two to three inch scar just below her navel, a scar on her hand, a scar on her elbow, and pierced ears. She may use the alias last names "Altidor," "Sanon," or "Noel." Was two at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Marie Catherine Dominique. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Her father reported her missing when her mother did not return her from a visitation. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her on December 2, 1994. They may still be in the local area, possibly in the Haitian community, or may have left the country and traveled to Haiti.

Vital statistics: Black female. Born on June 24, 1964. Black hair, black eyes. She occasionally wears glasses. She speaks English and Haitian. She may be using the aliases "Catherine Dominique," "Marie Westford," "Marie Dominigue" or "Catherine Sanon," or may use the alias last names "Altidor" or "Noel." She has previously worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Was twenty-nine at the time.
