Circumstances: They are being concealed by their non-custodial parents, Laura Clark and Michael Torres. Laura was born on May 9, 1971. She may use the last names of "Torres" or "Higgins." She was thirty-six at the time. Michael was born on July 24, 1967; he was thirty-nine at the time. Photos and other vital statistics are not available. They may have traveled out of the state.
