Circumstances: Zamudio was abducted by her non-custodial grandparents, Octavio and Delia Romero. A photo and vital statistics for Octavio are posted below. Pictures of Delia are unavailable, but her birth date is October 12, 1943; she was 49 years old at the time. Delia has gray hair and brown eyes. She may use the alias last name "Moreno". Felony warrants for custodial interference were issued for Delia and Octavio on January 27, 1993.
