Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Jose Carlos Perez-Trejo. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on February 2, 2009. They may have left the country and traveled to Mexico. They may be traveling in a maroon 1998 Ford Explorer with Georgia license plates AVN0696.
