Vital statistics: Asian female. Born on August 3, 2011. Black hair, dark brown/black eyes. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Moses Ka Chun Ma. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Felony warrants for parental kidnapping and disobeying a court order were issued for him on February 13, 2014. They are believed to be in the Philippines, possibly in the company of Lorraine Vergara. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They may have also traveled to China or Hong Kong.

Vital statistics: Asian male. Born on March 30, 1987. Black hair, brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos: a lion on his right shoulder, "Sofi" and "8-3-11" on his right shoulder, a filled in crown on his left shoulder, and a basketball in a hoop with “in ball I trust” on his left chest. He speaks English and Cantonese and may travel on a Hong Kong passport. Was twenty-seven at the time.
