Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on September 10, 1996. Black hair, brown eyes. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Karla Carina Larranaga. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She had been placed in foster care two days after her birth because of the death of her older sister from shaken baby syndrome. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on March 3, 1998. They may have traveled to Sinaloa, Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) female. Born on May 22, 1973. Black hair, brown eyes. She was born in Mexico and still has family there. She speaks both English and Spanish. She may use her maiden name, "Soto." Was twenty-four at the time.
