Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Zoe Dora McLellan. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. At the time she was in a custody dispute with her ex-husband, J.P. Gillian; she accused him of abusing their son and he was arrested on those charges. They were later dropped and the police considered him "exonerated." A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on May 14, 2021. They may have left the country and traveled to Canada.
