Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Farid Farhoumand. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He was seperated from Stephanie's mother at the time. Both were there when she was dropped off for vistitation, but Farid and her mother got in an altercation and he fled with his daughter. A felony warrant is on file for him. They are known to have traveled to Mexico and then to Germany. It is believed they were headed to Iran, but a lack of funds caused them to return to Mexico. They may still be there.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on October 3, 1980. Black hair, brown eyes. He may use the alias "Sam Reed." He is of Middle Eastern descent. He is a devout Christian. Was twenty-seven at the time.
