Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on May 14, 2007. Sandy blond hair, hazel eyes. He is of Mexican and Cuban descent. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Ana Belem Rayon Garcia. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She claimed there was a family emergency in Tuscon, Arizona and she needed to head there. She turned off her phone and continued to send e-mail to Sage's father, Carlos Bermudez, which revealed she had actually traveled to Mexico. She took with her Carlos' passport, social security card, both copies of his birth certificate and the title to her car and flew to Tucson and from there to Mexico. He has filed for Sage's return under the Hague treaty and his return has been ordered, but he still remains in Mexico.
