Margaret Isabel and William Bruno Leon Sandige

Last seen in Phoenix, Arizona on October 22, 1994

Vital statistics: Margaret is a biracial (hispanic/white) female. She was born on September 16, 1988. Brown hair, blue eyes. She speaks Spanish and English. Was six at the time. William is a biracial (hispanic/white) male. He was born on October 5, 1993. Brown hair, blue eyes. Was one at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-880505783 (Margaret) and M-220515389 (William)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Isabel Felix Leon. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. Their parents were in the process of obtaining a divorce. A court in Phoenix, Arizona, issued an order that neither parent could remove their two children from the U.S. without permission of both parents. On November 22nd, 1994, Isabel took both children from a local Phoenix school and, later, abducted them to Mexico. A Felony Warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on August 29, 1995.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) female. Born on February 24th, 1957. Brown hair, brown eyes. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She may have silver streaks in her hair. She also may use the names "Isabel Leon Felix" or "Isabel L. Sandige." Was thirty-seven at the time.
