Margaret Isabel and William Bruno Leon Sandige

Last seen in Phoenix, Arizona on October 22, 1994

Vital statistics: Margaret is a biracial (hispanic/white) female. She was born on September 16, 1988. Brown hair, blue eyes. She speaks Spanish and English. She may go by her middle name, "Isabel." Was six at the time. William is a biracial (hispanic/white) male. He was born on October 5, 1993. Brown hair, blue eyes. He may go by his middle name, "Bruno." Was one at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Isabel Felix Leon. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. Their parents were in the process of obtaining a divorce and a court issued an order that neither parent could remove their two children from the U.S. without permission of both parents. Their mother took them from their school on the above date. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on August 29, 1995. They are believed to be in Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) female. Born on February 24th, 1957. Brown hair, brown eyes. She speaks Spanish and English. She may have silver streaks in her hair. She also may use the names "Isabel Leon Felix" or "Isabel L. Sandige." Was thirty-seven at the time.
