Vital
statistics: Margaret was born on September 16, 1988. Brown hair, blue
eyes. She speaks Spanish and English. Was six at the time. William was
born on October 5, 1993. Brown hair, blue eyes. Was one at the time.
The children are biracial; they are Hispanic and Caucasian.

Circumstances: In October 1994, William Sandige and his wife Isabel
Felix Leon were in the process of obtaining a divorce. A court in
Phoenix, Arizona, issued an order that neither parent could remove
their two children from the U.S. without
permission of both parents. But Isabel did just that. On November 22nd,
1994, she took both children from a local Phoenix school and, later,
abducted them to Mexico. A photo and vital statistics for her are
posted below. A Felony Warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the
abductor on August 29, 1995.

Vital statistics: Born on February 24th, 1957, in Culiacan, Mexico.
Brown hair, brown eyes. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She
may have silver streaks in her hair. She also may use the names "Isabel
Leon Felix" or "Isabel L. Sandige". Was thirty-seven at the time.
