Vital statistics: Tonya is a hispanic female. She was born on March 12, 1997. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was four at the time. Yasmin is a hispanic female. She was born on May 10, 1999. Black hair, brown eyes. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Flavio Salazar. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant is on file for him. They may have traveled to Mexico. They may be traveling in a white 1996 Ford Escort with Tennessee license plates JBQ993. Caution is advised.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on May 7, 1972. Black hair, brown eyes. He may use the name "Juan Perez;" some agencies state that is his name and Flavio Salazar is his alias. Was twenty-nine at the time. CAUTION ADVISED: FLAVIO IS WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH A HOMICIDE.
