Vital statistics: Justin is a hispanic male. He was born on Feburary 15, 1996. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a lazy right eye. Was nine at the time. Moises is a hispanic male. He was born on December 9, 1994. Black hair, brown eyes. His head was shaved when he vanished and he has a scar on his eyebrow. His nickname is "JR." Was seven at the time.

Circumstances: They were taken to Mexico along with a younger sister by their non-custodial father, to visit their paternal grandparents. After six days, the girl wished to come home and her father brought her back, but the boys remained in Mexico with their grandparents. Before they could be returned, their father was killed in a drunk driving incident. The paternal grandparents however refused to return the boys. Their mother has traveled to Mexico to find them but they are believed to be moving frequently to avoid detection. Photos and vital statistics for the grandparents are not available.
