Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/black) female. Born on June 12, 1994. Black hair; brown eyes. She has a scar on her cheek and burn marks on her right arm, neck, and upper chest. She may use the last names "Hagino" and/or "Makiko." Was two at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Makiko Hagino. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They may be traveling with an adult male and may be in Japan. A felony warrant was issued for her on August 20, 1997.

Vital statistics: Asian (Japanese) female. Born on March 22, 1968. Black hair, brown eyes. She has a chipped front tooth and may seek medical attention. She may use the last names "Harris" and/or "Makiko." Was twenty-nine at the time.
