Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on August 16, 1996. Black hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a black jacket and black jeans. Was nine at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted along with his sister Adriana by their non-custodial father, Oscar Alejandro Rabadan Hernandez. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time Rabadan Hernandez resided in Wheeling, Illinois; he had never married their mother, Adriana de Leon and there was an order in place that he not remove them from her residence without her permission. He did not return them to her after a weekend visitation. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on March 23, 2006. They may be traveling in a black 1992 Ford Econoline Cutaway truck. They were last known to be in San Antonio, Texas, but are believed to have traveled to Mexico. Adriana was found safe in June 2011, but Oscar remains missing.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) male. Born on January 13, 1972. Black hair, brown eyes. He may use the alias "Ricardo Perez." Was thirty-four at the time.
