Vital statistics: Janette is a hispanic female. She was born on May 14, 1992. Black hair, brown eyes. She has chicken pox scars on her forehead and right cheek. She may use the first name "Angelica" or the name "Jessica Coba Pedraza." Was seven at the time. Joceline is a hispanic female. She was born on March 27, 1995. Black hair, brown eyes. Was four at the time.

NCIC numbers: M-911138137 (Janette) and M-131136691 (Joceline)

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Herminia Pech. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on October 16, 2001. They may be in the Yucatan region of Mexico.
