Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) female. Born on August 17, 2004. Light brown hair, blue eyes. Was nine at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Heather Inks. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time she was in a custody battle with Penelope's father, Kevin Inks. They had previously vanished in January before appearing several days later. When he could not get a hold of them he reported them missing again. There was an eviction notice on the door of the condo they lived in, food and clothing all over the floor, and mold in the refrigerator. A felony warrant for parental kidnapping was issued for her on June 16, 2014 and a warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on January 14, 2015. They may be in Florida, where Inks has family, or may have traveled to California.

Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) female. Born on August 12, 1982. Brown hair, green eyes. She has a birthmark on her upper left lip. Her hair was dyed blond at the time she abducted her daughter and she may dye it red or other colors. She may use the alias last names "Gerena" or "Perry." She has worked as an actress and a model. She may be carrying a concealed handgun. Was thirty-one at the time.
