Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on October 4, 2016. Brown hair, brown eyes. His name may be spelled "Osciel." Was three at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Jorge Ernesto Rico-Ruvira. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He is the prime suspect in the murder of Osiel's mother, Isela Mauricio-Sanchez. She was found deceased in her home on January 7, two days after her son was last seen. Warrants for him have been issued for first degree murder, second degree retaliation against a witness, and third degree abandonment or abuse of a child, along with aggravated battery. A federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on January 10, 2020. They may have traveled to Mexico, possibly to the areas of Zacatecas and Jalisco. They may be traveling in a 2003 Maroon GMC Yukon SUV with a New Mexico license plate number MNF231. He is considered at risk, as Rico-Ruvira has a history of domestic violence. Caution is advised.

Vital statistics: Hispanic (Mexican) male. Born on November 17, 1987. Black hair, brown eyes. He may use the alias last names of "Rico" or "Ruivera." Was thirty-two at the time. CAUTION ADVISED: RICO-RUVIRA SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
