Last seen in Silver Spring, Maryland on August 17, 1992

Vital statistics: Black male. Born on March 20, 1991. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a small black birthmark on his upper leg. He sucked his thumb at the time of his disappearance. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Augustine Okechukwu Emeasoba. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He failed to return him to his mother after a scheduled visit. A FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on February 18, 1993. They may still be in the local area or may have traveled to Nigeria.

Vital statistics: Black (Nigerian) male. Born on is December 24, 1942. Black hair tinged with gray, dark brown eyes. He has a large mouth and nose and has scars on his hands and feet. Was forty-nine at the time.
