Vital statistics: Born on December 22, 1989. Blond hair, blue eyes. She has a scar on her left eyebrow. Her nickname is "Alex." She may use the last name "Webb." Was ten at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Susan Gail Carter. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time Susan was involved in a custody battle with Natasha's father, Ricky Lafferty, and had told Lafferty he would never see his daughter again. Natasha's grandmother said that she was afraid of her mother and did not want to live with her. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on November 13, 2000. They may be in the company of an adult male and may have left West Virginia.

Vital statistics: White female Born on March 8, 1959. Blond hair, green eyes. She may use the last name "Webb." She may attempt to alter her appearance. Was forty-one at the time.
