Vital statistics: White female. Born on February 16, 1997. Blond hair, blue eyes. She wears glasses. She has a clear complexion and is right-handed. Her nickname is "Noeli." Was eleven at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Mary Joe Burgener. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Noel was scheduled to have visitation with her mother and to attend a camp the following week, but when her father came to pick her up the camp had no record of her attendance. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for the abductor on August 22, 2008 and a FBI UFAP warrant was issued on March 24, 2009. They are known to have flown from Anchorage, Alaska to Seattle, Washington on the above date. They may still be in Washington or have traveled to Georgia, Montana, or Tennessee.
