Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/white) female. Born on March 21, 1998. Brown hair, brown eyes. She was missing her bottom front teeth at the time of her abduction and has a birthmark on the front of her torso. Her nickname is "MeiMei." Was six at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Traci Jean Frederick. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on September 14, 2004. They are believed to be in China.

Vital statistics: Asian female. Born on April 26, 1965. Black hair, brown eyes. She may wear glasses. She may use the names "Qi Xu," "Chi," or "Chi Chi." Was thirty-nine at the time.
