Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Enrique Arreolo-Lopez and her non-custodial stepmother, Melissa Arreolo-Lopez. Photos and vital statistics for them are posted below. Mystic was on an eight hour visit with them but was not returned at the agreed-upon time. The girl has lived full-time with Amie Salazar and Jennifer Davis since December 2006. Salzar is her stepfather; he was once married to her biological mother. She lived with them for long periods before her biological mother was jailed and her father protested when they filed for custody. He did not meet her until April 2008, although he knew her whereabouts and paid child support for her. They may be in the company of Enrique and Melissa's two sons who were twelve and two at the time, but no photos or other vital statistics for them are available. They may be in California, Texas or Mexico. They may be traveling in a gold 2000 Chrysler Voyager with Colorado license plates 355SGZ. Mystic is considered at risk; no warrants have been issued for her father or stepmother and her stepmother has previously lost custody of two of her own children.
