Vital statistics: White female. Born on February 19, 1996. Brown hair, brown eyes. She may use the last name "San Martin." She has Arteriovenous malformations (AVM), a vascular disease, and is in great need of medical attention. She also has a lazy eye. Her ears are pierced and she has a scar on her thumb and on her leg. She has a birthmark at the bottom of her foot. She speaks English and Spanish. Was eight at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother and stepfather, Genevieve Mary Kelley and Scott David Kelley. Photos and vital statistics are posted below. Felony warrants have been issued for both of them. They failed to appear at a court hearing for Mary's custody, which had been called due to concerns her mother and stepfather were committing medical neglect. Her mother and father were involved in a bitter divorce and Genevieve had accused her father of numerous acts of abuse. Due to this, Mary is considered endangered. They are believed to be in the company of several horses. They last lived in Colorado and were known to be in at least two Central American countries at one point; they may also be in Texas or Spain.

She was pregnant at the time she abducted her daughter. She is a devout Catholic and speaks Spanish and English fluently. She uses her maiden name "San Martin" for work as a doctor. Was forty at the time.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on December 17, 1964. White hair, hazel eyes. He has worked in special education. Was thirty-nine at the time.
