Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) male. Born on January 31, 2006. Blond hair, green/hazel eyes. He has a scar above his left eye. He is autistic and may be in need of medical attention. He may use the last name "Suro" and some agencies refer to him as "Mateo Hellinger." Was four at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Maria Elena Suro Azcarraga. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She was given permission after her divorce from Mateo's father to travel to Mexico for two weeks and did not return at the end of the two weeks. A felony warrant was issued for her on February 14, 2011. They are believed to be in Mexico City, Mexico.

Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on November 21, 1969. Light brown hair, hazel/green eyes. She may go by her middle name "Elena" or use the last name "Suro." Was forty at the time.
