Circumstances: She is being concealed by her non-custodial mother, Angelica Gonzalez. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant was issued for her on November 6, 2009. They may be in San Diego or Santa Barbara, California, or may have left the country and traveled to Baja or Guadalajara, Mexico. They may be traveling in a maroon 1999 or 2000 Nissan Sentra with tinted windows.
