Vital statistics: White male. Born on May 3, 2002. Brown hair, blue eyes. He may use the alias last name "Lyons." Was two at the time.
Circumstances: He was initially abducted by his non-custodial mother, Nora Lyons. She had been ordered by the court to turn her son over to the health board but fled with him instead. She was later arrested in September and said she had given him to a group of Travellers; witnesses said they had seen her hand him over to three unknown individuals in a Hyundai Trajet. She claimed she did not know his current whereabouts. The people who claimed to have him got in touch with the Gardai and spoke to them twice before the number was disconnected. His half-sister, Bridget Scanlon, later said she received his photo in the mail. They may be in England or Wales.
