Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Marisela Lemus Cortes. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on March 4, 2004. His father received custody of him after his disappearance. They may be in Phoenix, Arizona, Texas, southern California, or Mexico.
