Circumstances: Mario is being concealed by his non-custodial father, Mario Cabral Flores, from his mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on May 19, 1999. They may have traveled to Mexico.
